Privacy notice

This page explains what happens to personal data you give us through panofabric.ai. It is deliberately short, because the site collects very little: there are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers of any kind.

What we collect, and when
Only what you type into a form. The waitlist form and the demo-call form ask for your first name, last name and work email, and optionally your company, company website, team size, workload type and a free-text message. Nothing is collected unless you submit a form.
Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical connection data such as your IP address, the time of the request and your browser's user-agent string. This is unavoidable when serving any website and is used only to deliver the page and to defend against abuse.
Why we may use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer you. When you request a call or join the waitlist, we use your details to reply and to arrange the conversation you asked for — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps taken at your request).
- To tell you when early access opens. Occasional product updates to people on the waitlist — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in contacting people who asked to be contacted). You can opt out at any time by replying to any message.
- To keep the site available. Secure, reliable operation of the website — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our own mailbox by e-mail. Two service providers are involved in getting them there, each acting only on our instructions under a data processing agreement:
- Cloudflare — hosts and delivers this website, and transmits the form e-mail to us.
- Google (Workspace) — the mailbox in which your message is received and stored.
If an e-mail fails to send, the submission may briefly appear in our provider's diagnostic logs so the enquiry is not lost.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless we are legally required to.
Transfers outside the EU
Both providers are US-headquartered and may process data outside the EEA. Those transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and waitlist entries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, so we can pick it up again when the product is ready. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@panocular.ai and we will action it.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The one responsible for us is Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Postfach 3163, 65021 Wiesbaden.
Changes
If we start using analytics, an e-mail marketing platform, or anything else that touches your data, this page changes first.
